The Courses page will list all available typing courses and lessons. Click any course header to view its lessons, and click any lesson to begin typing.
The beginner course will start you off easy by teaching you proper hand placement and the "Keyboard Rows" and then move into punctuation. The beginner course will end with a wrap up testing everything you've learned.
The intermediate course will further your skills learned in the beginner course with exercises for each letter of the alphabet, followed by the number keys. After completing the first couple lessons you will practice your speed, common errors made, and finally a wrap up to combine everything you have learned.
The advanced course will finalize your typing knowledge by exercising your ability to type accurately, as well as test the 4 quadrants of the keyboard (top left, bottom left, top right, bottom right), and the Numeric Keypad located to the right of most keyboards. You will finish the advanced course by typing full paragraphs containing all the letters, numbers, and punctuations you have learned.
The specialty courses are for those looking to either learn the Dvorak Keyboard (an alternative keyboard format) or further their knowledge in keyboarding by typing classic literature such as Romeo & Juliet and The Devil in the Belfry. Congratulations if you've made it this far!
