How do I make the font larger?
If you are using Firefox or Internet Explorer you can type "Ctrl +" (CTRL and the Plus key) to zoom your screen in. "Ctrl -" (CTRL and the minus key) will zoom out. This is a feature of your web browser, and will work on all web sites.

No, we do not currently offer an offline version of TypingAce. You must have an active internet connection to use the product.

System Requirements
TypingAce runs on all modern browsers and operating systems including Windows, Macintosh, and Linux. We currently support Internet Explorer 6.0+ (for Windows), Firefox, Netscape, Safari, and Google Chrome. No plugins or third party software is required such as Java or ActiveX. If you do not have one of these browsers, we recommend you download the free web browser Mozilla Firefox.

What is the difference between Hosted, Intranet, and SCORM?
While there are many small differences you can learn about on our Comparison Page, but the main difference is TypingAce Hosted is completely hosted and managed by us and requires nothing more than a web browser and internet connection. Intranet is TypingAce installed on your own local servers. TypingAce SCORM/LMS is the typing tutor portion of TypingAce available to install on your SCORM 1.2 compatible learning management system. If you need additional help deciding on which version of TypingAce to use in your organization, please contact us and we would be happy to help you decide.

How much does TypingAce cost?
TypingAce's price depends on your installation type (hosted, intranet, scorm) and license type (transferable or concurrent). You can find detailed pricing page by going to our Products Page by clicking on the installation type, then clicking the "Pricing" tab.

What's the difference between a transferable and a concurrent license?
Transferable A limited number of user accounts can be created, however all users can access TypingAce simultaneously and once a user has finished the course the account can be given to another user. Concurrent License Any number of user accounts can be created, however only a limited number of users can access TypingAce simultaneously.

Are user accounts transferable?
Yes, using the Group Admin interface you may reset or delete accounts at any time. Resetting an account will clear the user's typing statistics but leave the username/password intact. Once done, you may pass the account to a new student/employee. This can be done any number of times for each account.

Can I purchase for a different time period?
Yes, you can purchase for any nearly any period of time. For instance if you need TypingAce only for summer school classes we can adjust the cost as necessary.
